The Fiji Gateway Hotel is right across the road from Nadi International Airport in Fiji. We spent one night here on arrival into Fiji.
Walked from the International Terminal across the road to the hotel, checked in and declined an offer of having our bags taken to the room so we received a vague gesture as to where our room was, "upstairs over there" and off we headed, hauled the bags up the flight of stairs only to find the room numbering was all way lower than our room allocation. Back downstairs, across the courtyard area and up a different flight of stairs we found the room. Nothing flash here but seemed clean enough, the small empty bar fridge emitted a high pitched whistling noise all night.
Four of us consumed an even meal here which was tasty and we had cooked breakfast the next morning which was on the small side portion wise but once again ok.
We used the toilet in our room several times but after a use just before leaving the cistern simply did not refill with water and could not be flushed again!
